Menopause Support Group

Menopause Support Groups Available Across Nuneaton and Bedworth

New Bedworth Menopause Support Group Launches Alongside Established Nuneaton Sessions
Women experiencing perimenopause or menopause can now access support through two dedicated menopause groups across Nuneaton and Bedworth, offering advice and peer support in welcoming community settings.
The groups provide an opportunity to learn more about menopause, discuss symptoms, share experiences and connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.

Nuneaton Menopause Support Group
Our established Nuneaton Menopause Support Group offers a combination of clinical information, advice and peer support. Sessions are GP and Lead Nurse led, providing attendees with evidence based information about menopause symptoms, treatment options and practical self management advice.
Alongside clinical guidance, the group offers a supportive environment where women can share experiences, ask questions and learn from others navigating menopause.

Bedworth Menopause Support Group
Following the success of the Nuneaton group, we are pleased to introduce a new Bedworth Menopause Support Group.
The Bedworth sessions have a stronger focus on peer support and wellbeing, providing a safe, welcoming space where women can connect, share experiences and support one another. The group is facilitated by a Health and Wellbeing Coach and attended by our Lead Nurse, ensuring attendees have access to guidance and signposting when required.
Whether you are looking for reassurance, practical tips, or simply the opportunity to talk with others who understand what you are experiencing, the Bedworth group offers a friendly and supportive environment.
To attend, participants must be aged 18 or over and registered with one of the 11 GP practices within Nuneaton and Bedworth Primary Care Network.

Which Group Is Right for Me?
Both groups are designed to support women through their menopause journey, but they offer slightly different experiences:
  • Nuneaton Group - Clinical support, signposting and advice from a GP and Lead Nurse, alongside opportunities for peer discussion in a friendly and welcoming environment. Please see the dates and times in the poster below and come along and join us.
  • Bedworth Group - Informal peer support sessions focused on sharing experiences, wellbeing and mutual encouragement, facilitated by a Health and Wellbeing Coach with support from the Lead Nurse. Complete the form here to register your attendance: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/DGAamyzvh2
Whether you are looking for practical guidance, reassurance or the chance to connect with others experiencing menopause, we would love to welcome you at one of our groups.
