Why Self Refer?
Self‑referring into a PCN approved service is a great way to access support and services directly.
Nuneaton and Bedworth PCN works with a range of services and providers that patients can self refer into supporting their health and care needs. Our service providers include:
- NHS 111 - Providing access to healthcare 24/7 including national holidays.
- Pharmacy First - Patients can now get prescriptions for certain medications directly from a pharmacy, without a GP appointment. The supply of appropriate medicines is for 7 common conditions including earache, sore throat, and urinary tract infections.
- Joy Marketplace - Over 644 local community providers and organisations assisting patients with a range of services.
- Sleep Station - Provides a medication free, three step programme to improving sleep.
- Pure Physiotherapy - Supporting with persistent pain management.
- Sky Blues in the Community - Offering support groups whilst keeping active.
- Talking Therapies - Providing patients with mental health support.
